Construction Process Developer/Integrator
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs tailored specifically for construction industry professionals. This individual is also involved in overseeing various aspects of construction projects to ensure they are completed efficiently and within our quality expectations as well as championing safety and compliance measures. This is a 40 hour a week position; you can control and set your schedule. Pay starts at $18-$23/hour with eligibility for all company benefits (see below).
Responsibilities:
Documentation and Training Development:
- Create both written and visual training procedures for grain bin, building, material handling, and concrete production
- Develop assessments and evaluation methods to measure learning outcomes and effectiveness of training programs
- Implement an auditing method and policy to ensure procedures are being performed to company standards
- Assist with marketing by providing pictures and videos of completed projects
Safety and Compliance:
- Promote a culture of safety on-site and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and lead safety program
- Conduct weekly safety meetings and annual safety meeting
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to operate company drone and Go-Pro devices
- Must travel to various jobsites within 150 mile radius
