Construction Site Supervisors

Job Description:  We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented Construction Site Supervisors to oversee the daily operations on construction sites. You will oversee the construction process, manage the on-site team, and ensure all aspects of the project are executed according to the project plan. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of construction processes, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Pay salary starts $24-$32 an hour based on experience and knowledge along with employer benefits after 90 days.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Execution & Scope Adherence:
    • Ensure that each project’s scope and schedule are met as stipulated in contracts.
    • Manage projects through the Execution, Monitoring, and Closing phases, assisting in planning and resource management.
    • Oversee construction activities, ensuring they are executed according to the plans.
    • Ensure projects remain within budget by working closely with the Project Manager.
  2. Team Leadership & Development:
    • Supervise, coordinate, and motivate crew members.
    • Daily meetings to assign site daily tasks.
    • Conduct weekly meetings with site staff to set and review goals.
  3. Safety & Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
    • Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment.
    • Ensure that all crew members are properly trained and understand their responsibilities.
  4. Customer Experience & Communication:
    • Maintain customer satisfaction by proactively addressing concerns and ensuring clear communication.
    • Schedule and attend client meetings during the Execution, Monitoring, and Closing phases.
    • Resolve any customer complaints promptly and report to the Construction Manager.
  5. Administrative Responsibilities:
    • Complete daily updates for administrative tracking systems.
    • Respond promptly to communications from the Construction Manager regarding any project-related issues.
  6. Project Progress & Budget Monitoring:
    • Monitor project progress and ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
    • Track project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation closely, ensuring cost control.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision or a related field.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction procedures and safety standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Work Environment:

  • This role will involve working on various construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized job site.

Reporting:

  • Reports directly to the Construction Manager.

 

 

Skilled Construction General Laborers

We are seeking Skilled Construction General Laborers to join our team! If you have experience in construction, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to quality, we want you to be part of our growing, family-owned business.

Pay salary starts at $17-$22 an hour based on experience and knowledge along with employer benefits after 90 days.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of tasks on construction sites, including site preparation, concrete work, and metal erection of grain bins and buildings.
  • Safely operate hand tools and power equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Assist with the setup, teardown, and maintenance of construction equipment and materials.
  • Follow blueprints and work instructions to ensure quality and efficiency on-site.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines and goals.

Requirements:

  • Previous construction or general labor experience required.
  • Proficient with basic hand tools and construction equipment.
  • Strong physical stamina, able to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
  • Understanding of construction site safety protocols.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
